Support Sir Apfelot?
If you like my blog and would like to support it, you are welcome to place your Amazon orders in the future using the banner on the right in the menu bar. That would really help me. Thanks!
The best place to go: The Sir Apfelot Forum
There has recently been a forum at Sir Apfelot that I started because many of your reader questions should also be of interest to other readers and because I noticed that I cannot answer all of the questions. But there are some Sir Apfelot readers who are really well informed and know about technology and software.
Thanks to the forum, these readers can now answer questions and there may be a better exchange than via the comments in the blog articles.
I would be happy if you guys registered in the Sir Apfelot forum for free and see you there. : D
The Sir Apfelot support
As I keep promising in my newsletter, I am at your disposal as unofficial and free support for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, HomePod, iMac or MacBook (Pro). I am not a trained Apple Supporter and my only qualification is that I have been working with these products for decades. Of course, when using it, you automatically run into problems that I have always been able to solve so far.
So if your Apple device reacts differently than it should and you no longer have a chance to use real Apple support, I will be happy to assist you with my experience.
New articles through your support inquiries
If you send me your macOS or iOS problems, I usually ask you in my answer whether the instructions helped. When this is the case, I often take the opportunity to turn this matter into a guide for other readers who may also be struggling with the same problem.
This is how the heading “Ask Sir Apfelot” in my blog gradually an archive with many problem cases that arise when using iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, HomePod, AirPods, MacBook, MacBook Pro and with various programs and operating systems such as macOS, iOS, Safari, Messages, Photos, Pages, Numbers, Word, Excel, Photoshop etc. are created.
In addition to Apple hardware and software, I also love drones and photography. I am also happy to help readers here if, for example, they are asked which drone is best for a specific application.
