Not suitable for the Apple iMac 2021
The product page of the Satechi USB-C hub for the Apple iMac and iMac Pro shows that it is only compatible with models from 2017 to 2019. Since the update from 2020 does not differ in the dimensions of the predecessor, the hub can certainly also be used on this model. The M1-iMac from 2021 has different dimensions, which is why using it should work with regard to the connection, but the clamping mechanism will not hold.
